⚠️ PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE — Subject to Change

This is our first year with two locations, and we are still working out the finer details. A final schedule will be confirmed approximately one month before the event — but this gives you a solid sense of the timing so you can plan your travel and weekend accordingly. We appreciate your patience and flexibility!

Tudorcon 2026 — October 23–25, Richmond & Ashland, Virginia

🏰 Friday, October 23 — Richmond (Icebreaker Evening)

Friday is all about getting here, finding your people, and easing into the Tudor spirit. Think of it as the warm-up act before the main event — and honestly, some people say Friday is their favorite part.

~4:00 PMTrolley Tour of Richmond
Kick off the weekend with a guided trolley tour of Richmond — a city absolutely packed with history (not all of it Tudor, but we won’t hold that against it).
EveningWelcome Party at Agecroft Hall
We head to the stunning Agecroft Hall for our opening welcome party. Meet fellow attendees, explore the venue, and settle in for the weekend ahead.
EveningKeynote by Nathen Amin
Our Friday keynote sets the tone for the whole weekend. More details on Nathen’s talk coming soon.

📚 Saturday, October 24 — Randolph-Macon College, Ashland

The main event! A full day of talks, vendors, and good company at Randolph-Macon College. Saturday also has a bit more breathing room built in — because we heard you, and we know that sometimes the best conversations happen when there’s no schedule pushing you along.

9:00 AMMorning Nibbles & Vendor Hall Opens
Doors open with coffee, donuts, and light snacks in the Reception Room. Vendors will be set up throughout the day — a great time to browse before the talks begin.
10:00 AMTalks Begin
Our speakers kick off the day. Full session schedule coming soon.
Midday90-Minute Lunch Break — On Your Own in Downtown Ashland
Ashland has a lovely little downtown with plenty of options. This is your time — grab lunch with new friends, explore the town, decompress between sessions.
AfternoonTalks Continue
More sessions in the afternoon. Vendor hall remains open throughout.
EveningEvening — On Your Own
Saturday evening is unstructured by design. We are working on several optional activities you’ll be able to sign up for, but there is no required group event. This is in direct response to feedback from previous years — more time for you to connect with friends, explore Richmond, or simply recharge. Details on optional evening activities coming soon.

🎓 Sunday, October 25 — Randolph-Macon College, Ashland

We go out on a high note. Sunday wraps up the talk sessions at noon, and then we linger — because nobody actually wants to leave.

9:00 AMMorning Nibbles
Coffee and light snacks before the day’s sessions begin.
10:00 AMTalks Begin
The final morning of sessions. Full schedule coming soon.
12:00 PM (Noon)Official Close + Social Event
Tudorcon officially wraps at noon, followed by a social gathering at Randolph-Macon College. The perfect way to say your goodbyes — or make plans to meet up again next year.

Full session times and speaker schedule will be posted approximately one month before the event.
