Finally, a Conference Where You Can Snuggle Your Cat During the Keynote.
You’ve spent years making sure everyone else had what they needed. This October, three days of Tudor history are all yours.
TudorCon From Home is 16 speakers, a Friday night welcome party, and a whole community of people who get as excited about Margaret Beaufort as you do. It streams live, you keep the replays forever, and it’s $59.

Who you’ll be listening to
Nathen Amin Is Opening the Weekend
Nathen wrote Son of Prophecy: The Rise of Henry Tudor, which the BBC named a History Book of the Year, plus The House of Beaufort and Henry VII and the Tudor Pretenders. He’s a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, and he has spent years making the case for Henry VII, which, if you know Tudor fans, is a brave hill to stand on.
And he’s just the start. Every one of these talks is included in your ticket.

More or Less MorrisRemember When You Were Going to Get to This “Someday”?
Maybe you’ve loved the Tudors since you were reading Jean Plaidy under the covers with a flashlight. Then life happened. Work, kids, parents, all of it. The history books piled up on the nightstand and you kept telling yourself you’d get to them someday.
Well, this is someday. For three days the only thing on your to-do list is deciding whether Anne Boleyn was guilty. Nobody needs a ride anywhere. Nobody needs you to find their shoes. (OK, somebody might still need dinner. Order a pizza.)
You watch the talks, you chat with people who know exactly which Mary you mean, and you get to love this stuff as much as you actually love it, without explaining yourself to anyone.
Your couch is the venue
Every talk streams live, and the replays are yours forever. Watch Saturday’s talks in your pajamas, or save them for Tuesday night with a cup of tea.
Smart, without the homework
Historians and authors telling the stories they’re most excited about. No jargon, no exams, and nobody checking whether you did the reading.
Your people are here
The chat runs all weekend and it gets lively. Nobody will ask which Thomas you mean. They’ll have opinions about all of them.
A few moments from TudorCon in Richmond. The talks stream live to From Home, and you get your very own online welcome party on Friday night.
What People Are Saying
I cried more than once, not because it was sad, but because it reminded me why I love history in the first place.
SarahIf you’ve ever felt like the only one who gets excited about the Tudors… this is where you’ll find your people.
AnneTudorCon From Home made me feel like I wasn’t alone in my weird little obsession. I learned a lot AND I felt understood, included, and totally inspired.

Join Before September 30 and You Get Let In Early
Here’s a little secret about TudorCon From Home. The best part isn’t actually the event weekend. It’s the weeks leading up to it, when everyone who’s already got a ticket starts finding each other.
That’s the Privy Council. Grab your ticket before September 30 and you’re in. Here’s what comes with it:
- An extra Privy Council game night before the weekend, so you already know people by the time October gets here
- New: the Spooky Halloween Walk through London, an immersive audio tour to listen to on a dark night
- Tudor Zoom backgrounds and wallpaper for your phone and computer
- A Privy Council badge in the TudorCon app
- Extra warm-up content through September
- Early access to the community chat
By the time October rolls around, you’re not walking into a room full of strangers. After September 30 the Privy Council closes, so if finding your people early sounds good, now’s the time.

Hi, I’m Heather
Back in 2009 I started the Renaissance English History Podcast. It’s been downloaded millions of times and let me interview some of the most extraordinary historians working today. My Tudor history YouTube channel now has more than 110,000 subscribers, and I spend my days bringing Tudor history to people all over the world.
I started TudorCon in 2019 because history is so much more fun when you’re surrounded by people who get it. This is our eighth year, and I still get teary at the welcome party.
Questions You Might Have
Not at all. You can keep your camera off, just watch, and pop into the chat whenever you feel like it. Lots of people start out lurking and by Saturday afternoon they’re arguing about Cromwell with everyone else. The Friday welcome party is a gentle way to say hello.
Nope! Everything runs through Zoom and your web browser. If you can hop on a Zoom call and watch YouTube, you’re all set.
No problem. You get all the replays, so you can watch on your own schedule.
Forever. I send out the Zoom recordings and the edited talks, and they stay up indefinitely.
Absolutely! We have attendees from all over the world every year. All times are Eastern, and the replays mean nobody has to set a 3am alarm.
Yes, and what a lovely thing to do. Buy the ticket, then email us the lucky person’s name and email address and we’ll make sure everything goes to them.
It’s the early-access bonus for grabbing your ticket before September 30: an extra game night, the Spooky Halloween Walk through London audio, Tudor Zoom backgrounds and wallpapers, a Privy Council badge in the TudorCon app, extra warm-up content, and early access to the community chat.
We want you to be thrilled. If you’re not happy for any reason, send us a note within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
We have packages for independent authors, historical game companies, and everything in between, including promotion to all attendees and on my YouTube channel (110,000+ subscribers). Drop us a line for a media kit and rates.
Go On. Say Yes to Yourself.
Three days of Tudor history, a room full of people who love it as much as you do, and replays you keep forever. All from your favorite chair, for $59.
Book by September 30 and you’re in the Privy Council too.
